At Namma GST, we strive to provide reliable GST billing software. 1. Subscription Refunds Monthly / yearly subscription fees are generally non-refundable once activated. Free trial/demo (if offered) should be used before purchase. 2. Eligible Refund Cases Refunds may be considered if: Duplicate payment is made Payment deducted but subscription not activated Technical issue from our side prevents access for an extended period 3. Non-Refundable Cases Refunds will not be provided for: Change of mind Lack of usage User data entry errors Failure to understand features after purchase 4. Refund Request Timeline Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of payment. 5. Processing Time Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method. 6.
